HOW I CAN HELP

Health Coaches help people adopt habits and behaviours that can dramatically improve their wellbeing: together we make a plan and I act as your accountability partner.

If one of these areas is out of balance, it’s likely the others are as well. Someone who isn’t physically active may also be highly stressed, not sleeping soundly or not eating well. Work, relationship and family issues, and internal/external environments will also affect your wellbeing and even immunity. Combined, it can feel overwhelming.

 

This is when I can help

I don’t tell you what to do: I help you find the solutions from within. Most recommendations I make are small but will make significant change over time and will be sustainable for the future. Remember: a large ship only needs a one-degree adjustment to completely change its destination.

Working with your Doctor

Our work can complement your doctor’s directions, helping relieve chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The NHS has been successfully incorporating Health Coaches into their GP practices for some time. I am a fully insured Health Coach with a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and a registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
